I remember when I used to think that eating whole foods and making healthier choices meant I wouldn’t be including decadent foods anymore. Those days are forever over.
With thanksgiving dinner approaching (I’m canadian, eh!) I wanted to make something different than the usual – pumpkin pie. Not that the traditional fav isn’t lovely, I just wanted something more….exciting.
If you’re new to the dairy free cheesecake world, I assure you, its better than you think. Being dairy free for my entire adult life and simultaneously being a lover of everything creamy, this cheesecake hack was a god send for me, and I hope it will bless your life with as much deliciousness too.
Without further ado, lets jump into this dairy-gluten-refined sugar free decadent Salted Caramel Apple Cheesecake creation.
I will forewarn you, this is a more labour intensive recipe. The first time I made it I found it a little time consuming with 5 parts to the recipe. As well as not so cheaply available ingredients so this isn’t necessarily a regular Saturday whip up dessert, but it’s definitely worth the trouble for an autumn get together and I’m certain you and your peeps will love it.
