I don’t know about you but when summer officially beats the dust and autumn days sweep in, the instant need for more warming foods, baked goods and cinnamon everything always comes with it. When I left gluten in the past, I didn’t however leave my love for those autumn and winter favourites though, so this recipe was an instant comfort food.
The perfect accompaniment to an afternoon coffee or chai, this coffee cake is a new tradition in my kitchen and barely lasts long enough for a quick photograph. I highly recommend it and hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
