If you are one of the many people who struggle to intake enough water everyday, or say things like “I don’t like water.” then you MUST try these. Using fresh fruits, herbs, and even vegetables, the water takes on subtle and super refreshing flavours that makes the water something more similar to a natural juice or iced tea without the fructose or added sweeteners – or calories!
Staying hydrated is one of the best things you can do for your body. It helps regulate body temperature, protect vital organs and supports a healthy…well…everything!

🌺 Mango Ginger Lime
Sweet, stimulating, and refreshing!
I used 2 key limes (unpeeled), 1 large mango (peeled), and a 1 inch knob of ginger (peeled)!
🍍 Pineapple Basil 🍃
Incredibly delicious combo, sweet & refreshing, this is my absolute FAV.
I used 1 cup of pineapple (peeled), 4-6 basil leaves
🍐 Pear Cinnamon
This one is simply divine, delicate, and sweet.
1 Bosc pear (unpeeled) and 1 Cinnamon Stick
🍓 Cucumber Strawberry Mint
Ridiculously refreshing, hydrating, and subtly sweet!
2 inches piece of Cucumber (unpeeled), 4 strawberries, and 5-8 mint leaves
🌿 Rosemary Grapefruit
delicate, slightly bitter, and simply refreshing
1 large grapefruit (peeled), and 1 sprig of fresh Rosemary
🌿 Cucumber Jalapeno Lime Mint
Uber Refreshing, cleansing, and cooling.
2 inch piece of Cucumber (unpeeled), 1/2 jalapeño (de-seeded), 2 key limes (unpeeled), 5 leaves of mint
🍓 Strawberry Jalapeno Lime Cilantro
Detoxifying, refreshing, and FIESTA.
5 Strawberries, 1/2 jalapeño (de-seeded), 2 key limes (unpeeled), couple sprigs of Cilantro
Tips for making the best flavoured waters!
💦 Add vodka. Just kidding. Add tequila. Still kidding. Add wine. Bingo.
💦 Use your favourite wide mouth jar even a voss bottle will do for smaller cut pieces. (I clearly love Mason Jars – they are just so handy.) You can also use one of these – make sure your infusion bottle is always BPA free, preferably glass.
💦 Make your infusion the day before and place in the fridge overnight, mmm super infused and refreshing!
💦 Make sure to start with organic fruits and vegetables. This does make a difference in the flavours and nutrition profile! Opt for Organic so you aren’t sipping on gnarly pesticides. If you don’t have access to organics make sure you peel all fruits and vegetables.
💦 Wash your fruits and veggies very well before adding to your water!
💦 Use Spring Water as your first choice for your water source! Find a Spring near you to collect fresh spring water! Ionized water is great also, and if you don’t have either use filtered water!
💦 Don’t trip out on the ratios so much. You must trust your inner kitchen ninja and add in whatever amounts you want of each fruit or veg.
💦 Add a tea bag for a tea + fruit delicious infusion! Green teas add antioxidants and taste yummies!
💦 Try it with frozen fruits for added iciness!
💦 No need to throw away the fruits, herbs, or veggies when you get to the bottom, eat them! OR Refill your jar a few times to get the most flavoured water out of your selected infusions!
